This neck wear has blue metallic powder coated rings and fasteners, and chrome buckle. The acrylic plates have hologram glitter with randomly placed glitter stars throughout! The bezel rings around the six acrylic milky iridescent opalite stones are also hologram glitter. 

Each neck wear has 87 individually powder coated pieces !!!
